Great location, friendly staff, and welcome pack for long stayers. Blackout curtains and fairly quiet. Pullout couch was comfy. Decent size apartment. Gym, pool, and sauna were enjoyable. Washing machine in the room.
One specific situation: The cleaning service was only once a week and inconvenient for our online classes and work calls. The vacuuming wasn't thorough, and the balcony was not cleaned.

It was very convenient to have the train station only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel's central location also meant that there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. the staff were lovely and went out of their way to assist me.

Ultra convenient, large 1 bedroom apartment. Large floor windows. Close to train/metro station and shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy parking after hours. In room washer and dryer.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It is close to the big Chatswood shopping centre, with a wide range of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still easily accessible by train, only a 20-minute ride to Sydney. The rooms were well furnished and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Melting Post restaurant on the ground floor offered a great breakfast menu.
The exterior of the hotel could use some improvement, as it looked a bit old and outdated.
